Return Policy
CANCELLATIONS
If you want to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us at aloha@rdygolfhi.com within 12 hours of the purchase date and time. After 12 hours of the purchase date/time, your order will be processed. Once your order is processed, there will be no changes or cancellations.
RETURNS
We take pride in our products and every item is satisfaction guaranteed, or you may return it for a refund of the item’s price, excluding shipping.
WITH ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES, PLEASE KEEP IN MIND
- Once your order status is updated to delivered (via 3rd party shipping service), you will have 2 days to contact us at aloha@rdygolfhi.com to make a claim for any Return, Refund, or Exchange.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive a damaged order that was our mistake, please be prepared to provide an image of the damage/inconsistency of the product. However, RDY GOLF HI is not responsible for carrier damage.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, unless the item is being returned due to an error made by RDY GOLF HI. RDY GOLF HI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please retain the tracking number for your order and returns.
- Merchandise in our sale section is final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Final sale will be indicated in the product description.
- Merchandise included in special/bundled pricing are final sale.
- All sales are final on international orders.
- Custom orders cannot be accepted for returns and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed due to the custom and made-to-order processes involved.
- Pre-ordered purchases are subject to the same policies stated previously regarding our in-stock product.
- Gift cards are not refundable.
- If item was purchased as a gift and needs an exchange, the order number is needed to complete the process. Unfortunately, we do not issue gift receipts.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Items must be mailed back within 14 days of invoice date and must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
- RDY GOLF HI holds the right to determine whether your purchase will be subject to a refund, return, or exchange.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at aloha@rdygolfhi.com.
EXCHANGES
Due to our limited inventory, we cannot guarantee that the item you are wanting to exchange for will be in stock. Please contact us to see if we can accommodate an exchange on your order. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs to return the product by mail.

Shipping
The cost for domestic shipping is pre-calculated at check out and depends on the weight of the package. Please allow for 1-2 business days for processing for in-stock items. Your items should arrive to you within 1-8 business days depending on your location and shipping option chosen at checkout. Orders placed on Friday after 9 am HST will not ship out until the next business day. Please note that holidays may cause delays in shipping time.
RDY GOLF HI is not responsible for delayed, damaged, lost, or stolen packages once shipped. Please contact your local USPS for any questions or issues regarding your package. Please double-check your mailing address before placing your order.
International Shipping
The cost for international shipping is pre-calculated at check out and depends on the weight of the package. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Your item should arrive to you within 5-21 business days from the date it was shipped, depending on the shipping option chosen at checkout. Please note that holidays may cause delays in shipping time. Depending on the country that the package is being shipped to, additional customs processing time may vary. If you have any questions regarding your package, please contact your local postal service.
International Duties and Taxes
Standard international shipping fees do not include taxes or duties and may differ depending on your region. Orders that are shipped outside of the United States may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs charges which the recipient is responsible for paying. Customs policies may vary - please contact your local customs office for more information.
